  • We offer our ranges in the sizes UK 6-16. To ensure the perfect fit for your chosen KLADEK piece(s) we do offer a made-to-measure service. To find out more, please book an appointment or email us directly at info@kladekparis.com.

  • We do not offer any refunds or exchanges, because each KLADEK piece is made-to-order in our Paris atelier. It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase, so if you have any questions or need advice on sizing, please contact our team directly at info@kladekparis.com.

  • We highly recommend to start the process 6-8 months before the wedding date. We accept rush orders, so if you do require your garment sooner than the outlined timeline, please contact us directly at info@kladekparis.com.

  • Yes it is possible, depending on the complexity of the gown. Please book an initial consultation, so we can discuss your requirements and find the best solution together.
